Title:Low-Capex, High-Replacement: Tefloor D SPC and Carpet Tile for Asunción and La Paz Small Business Offices
These two are the “small commercial” tail. No Intel, no Canal Authority, no regional-HQ prestige budget. Buyers are family-owned importers, agro-exporters, small BPO (20–80 seats), accounting firms, freight forwarders. They want low upfront USD/m², fast install, easy repair.
Our spec:
- Asunción (hot, humid, occasional flooding from Paraguay River): Tefloor D SPC 4.0–5.0 mm click as the default floor — cheaper than LVT + glue, survives monsoon-season humidity, looks like wood for client meetings. Carpet tile only in 30-seat call rooms.
- La Paz / Santa Cruz: La Paz altitude and dry cold → LVT reads warmer, so we push Tefloor D LVT dryback 4.5 mm in boss offices, SPC in ground-floor retail-adjacent offices. Santa Cruz (tropical, agro-rich) → SPC everywhere below 3rd floor.
- PVC sheet: only in small meat/agro inspection offices and customs brokers’ document rooms where a hose-down happens.
Procurement manager’s truth: in Asunción and La Paz you win on “one container, four SKUs, pre-priced replacement tiles”. Tefloor D’s 50×50 carpet tile and 7-color SPC set let a 200 m² office buy a 5% spare carton and self-repair for 5 years. That’s the whole pitch.
