- Request castor chair test (EN 425) ≥ 25k cycles, dimensional stability ≤ 0.05% (EN 434) — Cayman A/C runs 18–22 °C dry, expansion gaps matter.
- Private-label carton OK; law firms hate visible “Made in China” on site deliveries — ask for neutral white box + separate sticker sheet.
