- Open floor (analyst rows): SPC 6.0 mm rigid core, 0.5 mm wear, IXPE 1.0 mm attached, Unilin click. Dimensional stability ≤0.08% (EN 434), curl ≤1.2 mm post-heat. 6.8–8.8 USD/sqm FOB.
- MD/partner zone: LVT 2.5–3.0 mm dry-back, 0.5 mm wear, glue-down over primer — better heel-mark resistance than SPC in narrow Italian loafers.
- Reception/lift lobby: carpet tile 500×500 PVC back, solution-dyed nylon 6, B1/Class Bfl-s1, 2-tone grid for wayfinding.
- Tech/comms room: 2 mm anti-static PVC tile, 10⁶–10⁹ Ω.
