- Submit per-SKU technical datasheet (not brochure)
- Provide third-party test: wear (Taber), fire (EN 13501-1 Bfl-s1), slip R10, VOC
- Confirm lead time ex-Shanghai/Ningbo → Cat Lai / Hai Phong (peak 30 d, off 15 d)
- Quote landed HCMC price incl. Form E, customs, last-mile to site
- MOQ per SKU (we hold 800 m² min for SPC, 500 m² for carpet tile)
- Spare stock: 10–15% overage held at district warehouse
- Install method statement + subfloor moisture limit (<75% RH or 4% CM)

For a Hanoi Korean factory admin block, LVT glue-down + SPC pantry.
For Japanese clean-pack line, epoxy primary, SPC only in gowning/office buffer.
